     Sliced and Diced Steak Salad

Ingredients
chopped salad
raw boneless lean top sirloin sliced
coke
1/4 small onion
tortilla chip strips
1/4 cup salsa
2 tbspn of sour cream or dressing
 
Instructions
Soak steak in coke and condiment night before
Spray pan with nonstick spray. Once pan is hot add steak and all marinade, do not overcook add any other condiments like onion
Place lettuce in large bowl and top with steak. Finish off by adding tortilla strips , salsa/dressing
