     Nutella Swirl Pound Cake

4 large eggs, at room temp
2 tsp pure vanilla
1 1/2 C all purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 C unsalted butter softened to room temp
1 C sugar
1 C nutella, warmed

Heat oven to 325. Spray 9 by 5 loaf pan. Whisk together the eggs and vanilla until combined. Set aside. In another bowl combine the flour , baking powder, cinnamon, and salt together. Set that aside. In a bowl of a stand mixer beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy about 3 minutes. With the mixer running on low s;peed, add the egg vanilla mixture and continue to beat until smooth and light in color. With the mixer running on low speed, slowly add the dry ingredients until just combined. The batter is very thick and very sticky. Do not over mix the batter.
Spread 1/3 of the batter into the prepared pan. Spread 1/2 the nutella on top. Repeat with another 1/3 of batter,the rest of nutella and the remaining batter. Bake the cake for about 1 hour.Might need to cover with aluminum foil if it browns too much.Test cake after 50 minutes with tooth pick .Don't over cook
