In a bowl, Mix the Oregano, Salt, Pepper,
Garlic Powder and Paprika. Rub the mixture into
both sides of the Chicken. Melt butter in a
LARGE skillet over medium heat. Brown Chicken 3-5 min.
on each side. Place Chicken in Slow Cooker.
In the same skillet with the chicken drippings,
Mix the Lemon Juice, Wine, Chicken Broth Garlic
and onion.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Pour over the chicken.
Add a few of the Vegetables for flavor. Save the
rest to add in the last hour so they remain firm
and don't turn to mush or disintegrate..
Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6
hours.
Add Parsley to he cooker 15 to 30 minutes before
end of cook time.
