     Corn Pudding - Sweet Bourbon

Ingredients
2 large eggs
3/4 Cup (1 small can) Evaporated milk
2 Cups canned cream corn
2 Cups canned or frozen corn
2 Tbl. unsalted butter, melted
3 Tbl.Dark brown sugar
3 Tbl. Cornstarch mixed with
2 Tbl. Bourbon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
 
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Butter an 8 inch square baking dish.
Whisk together the eggs and evaporated milk. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Pour into prepared dish. Bake 45 to 50 minutes until lightly browned. Serve warm.
NOTE; We like the Jiffy corn casserole a little better, but this was a nice change from just corn, with a little sweetness. Without the gluten.
