Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a
large shallow baking dish with the vegetable oil.
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, lemon juice, pepper, salt
and minced garlic. Evenly brush over haddock
fillets. Evenly sprinkle fillets with tarragon and
paprika.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until opaque and flakes
easilly.
