1. Preheat oven to 400. Using a sharp knife, cut chicken in half
crosswise. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Place eggs and almond flour in 2 separate bowls. In a third
bowl combine Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and
oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Dip chicken into flour, then eggs, then Parmesan mixture,
pressing to coat.
4.In a large skillet over medium heat 2 tbsps oil. Add chicken
cook until golden and cooked through.
5. Transfer chicken to 9x13 baking dish, evenly spread tomato
sauce and top with mozzarella.
6. Bake until cheese is melts, 10-12 minutes.
