1. Large skillet over medium heat 1 tbsp oil. Add onion, bell
peppers, oregano, salt, pepper. Cook stirring often until
vegetables are tender about 10 minutes. Remove peppers and
onions heat remaining oil.
2. Add steak season with salt and pepper. Cook until steak is
seared about 2 minutes on each side.
3. Add onion mixture and toss to combine. Sprinkle with
provolone cheese .
4. Use lettuce as bun scoop steak mixture onto lettuce. Top
with favorite cheesesteak toppings.
