Season pork on all sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sage and place in pressure cooker pot. Put Balsamic vinegar and soy sauce in measuring cup and add enough water to make 1 cup liquid. Pour in pot. Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
For tenderloin, you may need to add 1/2 cup more water. Cook on high pressure 40 minutes (20 minutes per pound). For chops, cook on high pressure for 10 minutes with a quick release.
When finished cooking, set pork aside. Combine cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water in a small bowl and add to the pot. Thicken sauce on saute mode. Add pork and coat well.
