Place apples in instant pot with water, cook on
high pressure for 8 minutes then do a
controlled quick release. Be careful. If
needed mash the apples, then add sugar and
stir. You can add 1/2 tsp cinnamon if desired.
Place in jars, water bath 20 minutes.
