     Red Beans and Rice

1 lb red beans or red kidney beans
1 ham bone or hock
1 lb smoked sausage
1 onion
3 stalks of celery chopped
1 green bell pepper
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tbsp Creole Seasoning
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot. Cover with 5 cups of water, stir to mix. Cover with lid, close vent and set to Beans setting or High Pressure. Set cooking time to 60 minutes. After timer beeps, allow for a Natural release apr 15 to 20 minutes. Open IP and remove ham bone, pick meat off bone and return to beans. Serve over rice.
