     Pasta Fagioli

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 onion
3 carrots grated
1 cup celrey
2 - 28 oz dices tomatoes (I use 1 quart)
1 - 16 oz kidney beans
1 - 16 oz white kidney beans (Can use any kind of beans)
4 cups beef stock
1 to 2 tsp oregano
 
2 tsp pepper
5 tsp parsley
1 tsp tabasco sauce (optional)
1 - 20 oz Prego spagetti sauce
8 oz pasta
1 can pasta - only use if you think it is too heavy.
Cook pasta separate add per serving bowl so juice is not absorbed.
