     EASY WEEKNIGHT PANTRY CHILI NOODLES

Ingredients
1 clove garlic minced
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili oil, or to taste
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon Chinese black vinegar
1 portion noodles lo mein (about 4 oz)
green onions, chopped cilantro, and crispy onions, optional
 

Instructions
n the bowl you’re going to eat in, mix together the garlic, soy sauces, chili oil, sesame oil, and black vinegar. Cook your noodles according to the package and drain. Add the noodles to the bowl with the sauce. Toss well and enjoy with green onions, cilantro, and crispy onions, if using.
