Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Then, in a medium saucepan, melt margarine; blend in flour and cook. Add milk; stir till well blended. Cook and stir until thick.
Add seasonings. Add 3/4 cup chredded cheese, stir until melted. Place cooked macaroni in greased casserole dish.
Pour sauce over macaroni. Top it with remaining cheese. Bake in oven(350) for about 30 min, or bubbly hot
