Take the sausage out of the casings and crumble
into a large skillet. Saute over medium high heat
until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.k Stir in
pressed garlic cloves and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the chicken broth, cream, lemon juice, sun
dried tomamtoes and gnocchi to the pan. Give it a
good stir. Reduce the heat to medium and cover the
pan Cook for 5 minutes.
Stir the gnocchi. Add in the spinach. Covere the
pan again and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until
spinach has wilted.
Stir in the parmesan and basil. Ensure the gnocchi
is cooked through and the sauce has thickened to
your liking, continue cooking for a minute or two
if necessary. Season with salt and pepper to
taste. Serve immediately.
