Preheat oven to 350.
Mix pumpkin with 3 beaten eggs in a large bowl. Add
both sugars and mix well, no lumps.
Add two heaping tbsp of flour, mix well, no lumps.
Slowly mix in milk, stirring until well combined.
Fill crust until full. If not full, add more milk
and mix. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice, sparingly.
Bake at least 40 mins, or until set.
