     Kim Huberdeauís Jerky Recipe

1/2 cup soya sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp pepper
4 tbsp pineapple juice
3-4 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp Jamaican jerk (optional)

Marinate meat for 2 hours. Spread thinly on cookie sheet and cook at 150 F for approximately 2 hours
To Marinate 2-3 lbs flank or hamburger
