Whisk 2 eggs into small bowl. Add sugar and whisk until
sugar’s dissolved. Add oil and whisk.
In a big bowl put 4 cups of flour, 3 cups of water, your yeast
and salt. Mix together.
Pour small bowl into big bowl.
Keep adding flour as your mixing in,
Let set 15 minutes.
Beat.
Set another 15 minutes.
Make buns and let them rise until double About 1 hour
