Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsps yeast
1 handful of salt (my handful)
7-8 cups flour
3 cups water
1/3 cup of oil
 

Instructions
Whisk 2 eggs into small bowl. Add sugar and whisk until sugar’s dissolved. Add oil and whisk. In a big bowl put 4 cups of flour, 3 cups of water, your yeast and salt. Mix together. Pour small bowl into big bowl. Keep adding flour as your mixing in, Let set 15 minutes. Beat. Set another 15 minutes. Make buns and let them rise until double About 1 hour
Put in oven for about 20 minutes at 350 F Check every once in awhile Let cool before packaging
