     Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients
2 tbsp. vegan butter
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. fresh cauliflower florets
2 tbsp. olive oil
 

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450F 2. Line a rimmed broiler-safe baking sheet. 3. Make the buffalo sauce- Melt the butter in a large microwavable bowl. Whisk in the hot sauce and garlic powder. Set aside. 4. In another large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. 5. Spread cauliflower across the baking sheet and roast until tender-crisp, about 15 minutes.
6. Switch the oven to broil and set a rack 6 inches below the element. 7. Whisk the sauce again and toss the cauliflower in the bowl to coat. 8. Return the cauliflower to the baking sheet and broil until brown and bubbly, 2-3 minutes.
9. Serve with celery, carrots, and vegan blue cheese dressing.
