     Pumpkin Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
2 Cups flour
2 Cups sugar
2 teas baking soda
1 teas salt
2 teas cinnamon
2 Tblsp cocao
1 14oz can pumpkin
1 Cup canola or other veg oil
4 eggs slightly beaten
 
1 Teas vanilla

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into a greased and well-floured bundt pan. Bake 50-75 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
Let cool 20 minutes, then turn out of pan on rack to finish cooling.
Serving Suggestions
Homemade whipping cream - 1 cup whipping cream, 1 teas vanilla, 3 tblsp powdered sugar, blend until fluffy
