2 tbsp cornstarch

1 cup pineapple juice

1/2 cup sugar

Instructions |

|
|
Crust - mix butter, icing sugar and flour. Press into a pizza pan
Bake at 350 F for 8-10 minutes
|

|
Filling - Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread on
cooled Crust and cover with Fruit.
|
|
|
|
Glaze - Cook cornstarch, pineapple juice and sugar until thick.
Cool slightly and pour over fruit.

Fruit - pineapple, nectarines, strawberries, banana , kiwi
|
