Place farrow in 3 c boiling water. Reduce heat to
med no lid. simmer for 25 for 30 min till tender to
too the tooth. Drain and spread out on cookie sheet
to stop cooking or I sometimes just run a little
cool water over it in the colander.

Mix farro when cooled and veg and about half of the
dressing or whatever tastes good.

|
I keep the farro, the veg, and dressing
seperate..Some times I heat up a little farro and
cooked beet and soy sauce after. Then mix up the
salad ingredients . A boiled egg or a pc of cooked
salmon.

Salad as written is a great one to take to a party.
Seperate. Makes a great bowl w additions.
