     Pulled Pork Finishing Sauce

Preptime   30 min.

1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 Tsp table salt
5 Tbs yellow mustard
3 Tbs hot sauce
1 Tsp garlic powder
1Tsp onion powder
1/4 cup worchester sauce

Heat just until small bubbles start then turn heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes stirring every five minutes or so. Then turn off heat cool and bottle. Plastic Ketchup Bottles work well
Serving Suggestions
pull pork butt and ad to meat or serve on the side
