     Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
2 lbs mushrooms
1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 beef bouillon cube
1 1/4 cup hot water
 

Instructions
Sauté 2 lbs mushrooms in 1/4 cup butter until tender but not browned. Add 3 tbsp flour, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 beef bouillon cube and combine. Add 1 1/4 cup hot water and simmer.
