1 540 ml can pineapple rings (drain and reserve juice)
1/2 cup liquid honey
1/2 cup onion bits relish
1/2 cup Catalina or Russian dressing
1/4 cup soya sauce
1/2 tsp ginger
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 green pepper
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in plastic bag.
Combine the juice from the pineapple, honey, relish, dressing,
soya sauce and ginger.
Marinate the chicken in this.
Mix marinade and cornstarch and cook until thickened.
BBQ Chicken 5 minutes
Top each piece wit pineapple slice and brunch with glaze.
Cook 5 minutes more.
Garnish with peppers.
