Ingredients
1 package Tapitas Horneados (18-20 tapitas)
1 lb ground beef
1/2 green pepper finely chopped
1/2 cup onion
1 Tbsp oregano
1 Tbsp sugar
3 boiled eggs chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
 

Instructions
Boil eggs for 15-20 min. Put in cold water for a little while and then peel shells off. Chop into pieces.
Cook onion and pepper in oil until soft. Throw in ground beef and cook until brown. Add oregano, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add eggs. Stir.
Put meat mixture into the tapitas and seal the tapitas. Cook as directed on the tapita package. Saltena is 350 for 25 min.
