Roll 1/2 pound vanilla arrowroot cookies, put half in bottom of
8x8 pan,
Cream 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 cup butter, beat in 2
well-beaten eggs, spread on rolled cookies.
Whip 1/2 pint cream, add a little sugar and vanilla.
Add 1 can crushed, well drained pineapple and layer on top.
Cover with the rest of the cookies and set in the fridge.
