Ingredients
1 lb pork sausage - cook and drain
6 slices white bread - crust cut off
softened butter
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese - shredded (9oz)
6 eggs
2 cups half and half (1pint)
1 tsp dry mustard
 

Instructions
350 40-50 mins Greased 13x9 pan Cut bread in cubes. Sprinkle with sausage. Top with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over mixture in pan
