6 slices bacon
1 TBSP butter
1 cup Gruyer cheese - shredded
1/3 cup parmesan - freshly grated
1 large onion-sliced
4 eggs
3/4 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup milk
1/8 tsp nutmeg
 
Instructions
450 7 min bake pie shell Pour eggs and milk over bacon, onions, cheese. Put in pie shell. 350 40-45 mns cool 10-15 mns
