     Egg roll in a bowl

Ingredients
1 head cabbage
8 carrots
1 small yellow onion
1 thumb of ginger, about 1 tsp
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 pound ground beef
 

Instructions
Thinly slice cabbage into shreds. Grate carrots. (This is very easy with a food processor or buy cole slaw mix at the store). Dice onion. Peel and mince ginger. Mince garlic. In a small bowl combine soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add onion and cook until softened, 2-3 minutes. Add ginger and garlic, cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add ground beef and cook until done, 5-6 minutes. Add in thinly sliced cabbage and grated carrots. Cook until cabbage is tender, 2-3 minutes. Add in sauce and cook 1-2 minutes longer. Enjoy!
