Line 15 x 10” Baking pan with parchment paper. Beat eggs five
minutes Until light yellow in colour and second. Gradually beat
in sugar. Combine flour and cocoa in a separate bowl.

Add flour mixture and butter alternately to egg mixture
beginning and ending with flour mixture. Mix well to combine
between each addition.

Spoon batter evenly over prepared pan. Bake at 3-50 for 15 to
18 minutes. I have been trying 20 minutes.
