     Chicken Wings or Thighs - Air Fried

Ingredients
Wings or Bone-in chicken thighs
1/3 Cup flour
3 Tbl Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. Herbes de Provence
1/2 tsp. cajun seasoning
olive oil
a dash of cayenne pepper if you like heat
Boneless chicken thighs - SEE NOTE ON TIMING
 

Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400 deg. Mix flour with the seasonings. Pat dry all of the chicken and rub with a little oil.
Set chicken into the basket but do not stack. Fry at 400 deg. for a total of 20 minutes, turning chicken over after 10 minutes.
NOTE; For boneless chicken thighs, fry at 400 deg. for 14 minutes, turning after 7 minutes.
