saute onion in olive oil, add garlic, saute 1
minute, add spinach, stir in. add milk with
cornstarch, cream, and sour cream and parmesan,
stirring while it thickens. Add artichokes, salt
and pepper.
Meanwhile, prepare pasta. Drain, pour into cooking
dish, stir in sauce and top with mozzarella. Bake
25 minutes at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
