Chicken thigh 2 pieces or breast 300-400g, doesn't need to be precise, more meat is better
Curry powder (Indian) - 2 tablespoon
Plain white yogurt - 100gm
Onion - 1 big or 2 small
Garlic - 3 pieces
Ginger - 10gm grinded or powder
Butter - 30gm
Paprika powder - 1 tablespoon
Canned tomato - 400gm
Whipping cream - 100ml
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Brown sugar - 2 tablespoon
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon (Teriyaki or normal both ok)

1. Cut meat, mix in 1 tsp curry and yogurt. Leave for 1 hour at least, can be also over night 2. melt butter, fry garlic (squeezed) and ginger until smell comes out, then add onion to fry until yellow soft. 3. Add in tomato puree cook for 2-3 minutes 4. Add in heavy cream, chicken, sugar, salt, soy sauce, mix well, close the lid, cook 15 minutes 5. adjust taste if needed 6. densify
