     Lamb and Bean Soup

2 lbs. ground lamb
4 cups Navy beans (4 cans)
2 onions
4 stalks of celery
1 bulb fennel
1 bunch kale
32 oz. Beef Stalk
1 tbs.. of thyme
1 tbs. sage
2 tbs. garlic

Simmer, slow cook, ingredients until lamb is fully cooked.
