Pour the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe
bowl. Microwave for 15 seconds and add milk.

|
Microwave the chocolate 3 more times for 15
seconds, stirring between intervals.
|
|
|
|
After it's microwaved, stir mixture until it's
thick and chocolaty. Slowly incorporate sugar into chocolate.
|
|
|
|
Serve warm on top of ice cream with a big glass of
milk. Enjoy!!!

I added sugar because of the bittersweet choc chips. If you use normal sweet choc chips, don't add sugar.
