     Chicken Wings Teriyaki

Marinade overnight-
3-4 pounds chicken wings/drumettes
1 cup low sodium soy sauce
3 t sugar
1/2 cup white wine
2 cloves garlic,crushed
1/4 cup oil
1 t fresh or jarred ginger

Put marinated chicken wings on cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees 1 hour or until done.
You can bake one half the time, then freeze. Bring out and finish baking when you want to serve
