2 Cups half and half or milk (we used half and half)
1 Cup Bisquick
Peppers, optional
Instructions
Precook the sausage. Preheat oven to 400 deg. Place the cooked
sausage into a lightly greased casserole dish. Top with onions and
cheese. (we like to add peppers, also.).
Beat eggs, half and half and bisquick with a whisk until combined.
Pour over the cheese.
Bake 50 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Suggested toppings - sour cream, chopped tomatoes, fresh parsley.
