Rub olive oil over pizza crust with your fingers. Heat 1-2
Tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Sauté onions for a few
minutes. Add peppers and corn and sauté with some Chile
powder and cumin.
Top pizza with chicken and sautéed vegetables, then asiago
cheese. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes then broil for 3 minutes or
bake another 5 minutes, watching closely so it doesn’t burn.
Blend some ranch with a bit of cilantro and lime juice. Put in
ziplock and clip the corner. Top pizza with chopped cilantro
and drizzle with cilantro lime ranch.
