Heat oil to Instant Pot bowl. Place chicken in pot and sprinkle with seasoning. Saute briefly. Pour in broth and deglaze bottom of pot. Place pasta in pot. Top pasta and chicken with butter. Close lid and set pressure release to sealing. Cook for 5 minutes on high then quick release pressure and unlock lid. Pour in cream and cheese and mix until fully combined. If sauce is too thin, let sit 5-10 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.
