     Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

1 pound chicken breasts, sliced thinly
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell or 1 poblano, sliced
1 onion, halved and cut in slices
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
pinch of chili flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 400. Slice chicken, peppers and onions. Combine oil and seasonings in a small bowl.
Toss, chicken and veggies in oil mixture. Spread evenly on a large sheet pan.
Bake 25 - 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are soft with a crispy edge.
Serve with flour tortillas, sour cream and avocado.
