     Slow Cooker Chicken Chili

2 (14 ounce) cans petite diced tomatoes -drained
2 (7or8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
2 large skinless boneless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lbs)
2 Cups Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup yellow onion, diced
1 large Green pepper, chopped
1 (14 ounce) can corn rinsed or 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
1 (14 ounce) Black Beans
1 Jalapeno, minced
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons dried oregano or Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons Chili powder
1 TBS. minced Garlic or 3-4 cloves, minced
Fresh Cilantro, Shredded cheese for topping, optional

Put all Ingredients in a large Slow Cooker. Stir and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3 hours
Remove the chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces or use 2 forks to to shred it, return to cooker and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve warm topped with fresh cilantro, shredded cheese or crackers
Serving Suggestions
Salad, Corn bread or Dinner rolls
