Place chicken and cream cheese in the instant pot. Sprinkle the
packet of ranch over the top and add in half a cup of liquid of your
choice (water/broth/stock). High pressure cook for 15 and
quick/manual release. (keep Instant Pot on keep warm, basically
don't turn it off)
Remove chicken only and shred, add chicken back in along with
bacon and cheese. stir and enjoy.
Serve over pasta, rice, baked potatoes, salad, as a sandwich. Gets
even better the second or third day as flavors blend.
