Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
To use sprinkle over chicken before grilling baking or frying.
To use as a rub combine 2 tablespoons of chicken seasoning with 2
teaspoons brown sugar or to taste.
