Season fish with salt and pepper. Set out three bowls, one with milk, one with eggs, and one with panko. To the panko add Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Place fish fillet in bowl of milk then dip in egg. Shake off excess and dip in panko. Place coated fish in hot oil. Let cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 3 minutes. Remove fish from pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate. Repeat with remaining fish. Let cool slightly before serving.
