     Dill and Sour Cream Potato Salad

Ingredients
3 lbs unpeeled new potatoes
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
2 Tbsp onion, grated
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
Garnish with dill
 

Instructions
Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water 14-15 minutes or until tender, drain potatoes and cool to touch.
Cut potatoes into quarters or eighths, leaving skins on, place in a large bowl.
Combine mayonnaise and next 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Add to potatoes and toss gently.
Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 8 hours. Garnish with dill.
