1 pound white American cheese, cubed- I used Cooper sSarp
2/3 c milk
4 oz can green chiles
2 pickled jalapeno peppers, stems removed, seeded and chopped
1 oz juice from the pickled jalapenos
Pinch cumin
Hot water to thin to desired consistency
Instructions
Using a microwavable bowl, combine cheese cubes
and milk.
Place bowl in microwave. Microwave on high for
about 5 minutes, stirring mixture every minute
until smooth. Thin with small amounts of hot water
until desired consistency is acquired.
Remove bowl from microwave and add remaining
ingredients. Mix to combine. Serve hot with
tortilla chips.
