6 large chicken breasts (or 1 whole chicken cut up into parts)
Combine first 10 ingredients in a gallon ziplock
(or other large container). Add chicken and leave
to marinate overnight.
Combine mustard and honey to create a smooth glaze.
Remove chicken from marinade and pat dry with paper
towel. Grill chicken on one side, flip, then brush
liberally with glaze. Turn again and glaze with
honey mustard mixture; cook until the chicken
reaches an internal temperature of at least 165F.
