APPLE CRISP 1 Add the diced into bottom of
IP. Add sugar, salt, cinnamon and lemon juice
and mix well. 2 Add 1/4 cup water. 3 Layer the
crisp topping on top of the diced apples in a
single layer. 4. Close the lid of IP. SEAL
valve and PRESSURE COOK on HIGH for 6 minutes.
5 When IP is done cooking do a quick release
from sealing to the venting position. 6.Open
lid carefully. There will be liquid around
edges, which is fine. Allow the crisp to rest
for 5-10 minutes which will absorb the liquid.
7.Serve apple crisp warm with scoops of ice
cream.
