Stir dry ingredients together with s fork and place flour mix in freezer
while grating the frozen the butter.
Grate butter and place back in freezer for 3 - 5 minutes.
Combine flour mixture and butter with a fork and make a well in the
center of it.
Add milk and mix with fork just oil combined.
Pat dough out tenderly into a rectangle being sure not to over work
the dough.
Fold into thirds four times and then pat out to 1/2 - 3/4 inch thickness
and cut out biscuits.
Place on a pan with all sides touching.
bAKE AT 425 DEGREES FOR 15 - 20 MINUTES BEING SURE NOT TO
OVERBAKE . bISCUITS SHOULD BE A LIGHT GOLDEN COLOR.
