In a large mixing bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise,
apple cider vinegar, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder. Add
pasta, chopped bacon, Parmesan, cherry tomatoes, and dill.
Use a spatula to incorporate all ingredients. Garnish with
additional dill before serving
